PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To significantly improve the total power generation efficiency by effectively utilizing the residual heat of the combustion gas after heating the emitter for heating the air required for combustion of the fuel, and also receiving the light beam radiated from the emitter which has been effectively heated with a photoelectric conversion element. SOLUTION: A thermal-optical power generator heats a radiating body with the combustion gas consisting of a fuel and the air, and converts the radiated light beam from the radiating body to an electrical power with a photoelectric conversion element; an air piping 30 is arranged on the internal cavity of the radiating body 22; combustion gas suppliers 18a, 18b for supplying the combustion gas toward the radiating body 22 are arranged on the external side of the radiating body 22; and moreover the photoelectric conversion elements 28a, 28b for receiving the radiated light beam are arranged on the external side of the combustion gas suppliers. |
