METHOD OF PROVIDING AND ACCOUNTING FOR DISTRIBUTION CONTENTS BY USING PEER-TO-PEER NETWORK AND ITS DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To activate the distribution by attempting the safety distribution of contents through a peer-to-peer network. SOLUTION: When the contents are encrypted to be provided to user terminal devices 13, 14, 15, and used by the browsing through a network 10 (Web) and the exchange of file among the user terminals through the network 10 (peer- to-peer), the use is limited by downloading a decoding key from a contents providing and accounting server 11. A system for allowing an uploading user to charge a user just before downloading when the contents are exchanged through the peer-to-peer network, is established.
