PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation order receiving method, an operation providing method, an operation order reception system, and an operation providing system which can provide operation that a customer satisfies at low cost. SOLUTION: This method has a process A of obtaining needs regarding operation from the customer, a process B of presenting ideas regarding the operation to the customer according to the needs obtained in the process A, a process C of allowing the customer to select at lest one of the ideas presented in the process B, and a process D of determining the contents of the operation according to the ideal selected in the process C.
