PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal device capable of easily carrying out a change of processing transmitting a data to a server and reducing an amount of data of an application stored in the terminal. SOLUTION: A terminal side communication control part 41 requires an obtaining of an instruction file on which an instruction regarding a processing transmitting a transmitting data is described. The server transmits the instruction file in response to the requirement of the obtaining of the instruction file. An application execution part 42 executes an application by the terminal side communication control part 41 receiving the instruction file and the control part 41 delivers the instruction file to a transmitting data production part 44. The transmitting data production part 44 receiving the instruction file produces a transmitting data to be transmitted to the server from a production data stored in a production data storage part 43 while referring to the instruction file.
