PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health management system and a management sever capable of vital measurement, medical care reservation and medication management of a health-managed person. SOLUTION: A vital data management server 50 shapes vital measurement information transferred from a vital measurement device 2 and vital measurement information for a user received in the past, puts them on a home page browsable through a Web browser and notifies them via an e-mail showing that the latest vital measurement information is transferred to a medical center B managing the user or a doctor himself. The doctor seeing the vital measurement information for the user through the home page puts a comment for the user from the vital measurement value in a comment write-in column on the home page. The put-in comment is stored in a vital database of the vital data management server 5 and adapted to be sent to the vital measurement device 2 at the next vital measurement.
