PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic distribution system efficiently distributing motion panoramic image information. SOLUTION: Regarding an electronic image distribution device distributing motion panoramic images, the main part of the device is a motion panoramic image server having a motion panoramic image source. A panoramic image frame source can be connected to a motion panoramic image reproducing device or a motion panoramic camera system. The motion panoramic image server converts a panoramic image frame to a more useful high intermediate format so as to electronically transmit it. Especially, a part with a panoramic image is encoded with quality higher than other parts. A client computer obtains information regarding encoding and subscribes one or more tiles depending on the view point of an object.
