PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to radiate and diffuse a constantly generated heat from a metal exhibiting high thermal conductivity, to temporarily store rapidly generated heat, and to radiate and diffuse the stored heat from a metal exhibiting low thermal conductivity when the rapidly generated heat changes into the constantly generated heat. SOLUTION: Heat radiating projections 2 made of copper are erected on a substrate 1 made of aluminum. Heat which is constantly generated in radiated and diffused by the projections 2 exhibiting high thermal conductivity, and heat which is rapidly generated in temporarily stored in the substrate 1 in which a thermal capacity is high even though thermal conductivity is low, and the stored heat is radiated and diffused from the projections 2 exhibiting high thermal conductivity. |
