SOLUTION: In this remote management system (parking lot management system) 1, a job site system 2 to carry out the computer control of machine facilities and the operation management of the machine facilities at the site of the machine facilities is connected to a support center (customer support center) 3 to support the job site system 2 in response to information relating to the operation management of the machine facilities from the job site system 2 via a communication line (public line) 4.
