PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bus switch that is never turned on carelessly with respect to noise inevitably applied in a system that performs high-speed operation. SOLUTION: This bus switch is provided with an I/O pin B to which an input signal IN is supplied, an I/O pin C connected to a bus line BUS, an NMOS TR1 connecting a current path between the I/O pins B and C, a voltage comparator/bias circuit 3 for comparing voltages at both ends of the current path of the NMOS TR1 and giving the lower voltage to the back gate of the NMOS TR1, and a drive circuit 2 for driving the NMOS TR1 in accordance with a control signal SEL and also giving the lower voltage to the gate of the NMOS TR1 when the NMOS TR1 is turned off.
