PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce switching loss in a power supply circuit. SOLUTION: First, a drive voltage V3 is generated by a driving winding N3, to switching-drive a secondary-side active clamping circuit 32, which is conduction-angle-controlled for stabilization. A gate voltage Vgs of a specified level is generated by causing a driving power supply circuit 33 to perform amplification, utilizing the driving voltage V3. Consequently, the on-resistance of an auxiliary switching element, when it is turned on is lowered, since it is possible to generate a gate voltage Vgs amplified to a level sufficient to saturate the auxiliary switching element for example as a MOS-FET, and the voltage can be applied to the auxiliary switching element.
