PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of signal quality by reducing data errors caused by sampling frequency conversion while suppressing increase in power consumption and increase in a circuit scale in a sampling frequency converter. SOLUTION: An input signal of a sampling frequency f1 is stored in a shift register 105, a timer circuit 106 calculates the sampling time in sampling frequencies f1. and f2, and an interpolation circuit 107 calculates the interpolation value of the input signal by a higher-order interpolation polynomial and outputs the interpolation value as a signal of the sampling frequency f2.
