发明名称 FLAME RETARDANT MARKING INK COMPOSITION FOR PRINTING METAL SURFACE
摘要 PURPOSE: A marking ink composition for printing the metal surface is provided, to improve the flame retardancy, the fluorescence and the printability in the case of the marking at 200 deg.C, and to reduce the drying time after printing. CONSTITUTION: The marking ink composition comprises 6-14 wt% of an inorganic or organic pigment; 1-5 wt% of a fluorescent dye; 70-80 wt% of a flame retardant organic solvent having a chlorine atom; and 4-8 wt% of a polymer resin which is soluble in the flame retardant organic solvent and is selected from a cellulose-derivative and an acryl-based polymer resin. The flame retardant organic solvent comprises 45-65 wt% of the organic solvent having a boiling point above 100 deg.C based on the total amount of the composition. Preferably the pigment is selected from the group consisting of titanium oxide, carbon black, an azo-based pigment and an anthraquinone-based pigment; and the flame retardant organic solvent is selected from the group consisting of methylene chloride, 1,1-dichloroethane, 1,1,1-trichloroethane, 1,1,2-trichloroethane, tetrachloroethane and their mixtures.
