PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel loader eliminating insufficiency of an output of an engine to be excellent in accelerating performance while attaining reduction of fuel consumption. SOLUTION: This wheel loader drives a hydraulic pump and a driving wheel for driving a work machine by an engine to perform work. The wheel loader is provided with a first electric motor which can transmit torque to the driving wheel, an electric storage means performing delivery of electric energy between itself and the first electric motor, and a control device for controlling generating action of the first electric motor receiving torque transmission from the driving wheel when a vehicle is deceleration operated to generate power to accumulate the generated electric energy in the electric storage means. |
