PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a back light device capable of reducing the luminance reduction and the generation of the luminance unevenness of the device. SOLUTION: When a gas liberating part 11 for partitioning part inserting holes 17 of a printed circuit board 13 from the inner part of a holder 16 is provided on the holder 16, since gas components (a) of flux or the like passed through the part inserting holes 17 of the printed circuit board 3 do not enter once into the inner part of the holder 16 in a flow soldering process and the gas components (a) escape directly to the outside of the holder 16 through the gas liberating part 11 where the part inserting holes 17 is partitioned from the inner part of the holder 16, the possibility that the gas components (a) stick to the light transmission member 14 being in the inner part of the holder 16 is made very small and, thus, the luminance reduction and the occurrence of luminance unevenness of the back light device can be prevented. |
