PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a proficiency managing method and its program by which a manager properly and efficiently judges the proficiency of each learner. SOLUTION: A management computer 21 converts a score at each learning field by each learner which is recorded in a result data storage part 23 into an evaluation value through the use of data which is recorded in an evaluation reference data storage part 24. Then the computer 21 totals the evaluation values of the respective learning fields and calculates a synthetic evaluation value. Then a proficiency list comprising the synthetic evaluation value is transmitted to a manager terminal 30. The manager judges the proficiency of each learner through the use of the synthetic evaluation value in the proficiency list. |
