PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the efficiency of the lending work of a library by a allowing a user to receive the lending and request service of desired books without bothering to visit a library, and to reduce the load of a delivery charge managing task by surely preventing the delivery charge of books from being unpaid. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a delivery charge calculating means 11a, a library data base 12, a request data base 13, a reservation data base 14, a book retrieving means 11b, an accepting means 11c, and a supporting means 11d so that the unitary management of the lending of books in libraries 4, 5, and 6 being the targets of lending can be executed, and that the delivery charge of books desired by a user can be calculated, and that the delivery charge can be display-outputted to a user terminal. |
