SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR SUPPORTING PREPARATION PUBLIC ISSUE APPLICATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for supporting the preparation of a public issue application by which a plurality of public issue applications can efficiently be prepared even in the case that a public issue applicant applies for a plurality of public issue parties. SOLUTION: The system is provided with a first information processing system 1 for collecting/managing/providing public issue guide information and public issue application forms determined by respective public issue matters and a second information processing system 2 in which the public issue applicant prepares/manages a prescribed public issue application. The public issue applicant performs an application registration processing for utilizing the first information processing system 1 through the communication channel of a public issue application preparation supporting network 26. When a desired public issue is specified from the public issue matters presented from the first information processing system 1, a prescribed public issue application form corresponding to the specified public issue is provided for the public issue applicant. Even in the case that the public issue applicant applies for a plurality of the public issue parties, bibliographic items in common to the respective public issues are entered once.
