PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely judge the authenticity of a seal put on an electronic document. SOLUTION: The document management method comprises a step (S202) for reading the electronic document received through a network, a step (S204) for reading a seal management database, steps (S206 and S208) for retrieving a seal object which can be recognized by a user and a tally seal object which can not be recognized by the user added to the electronic document on the basis of the data of the seal management database, a step (S216) for judging that the seal is diverted when the seal object is detected and the tally seal object cannot be detected (YES in S210 and NO in S212) and a step (S220) for judging that the seal is eliminated when the seal object can not be detected and the tally seal object is detected (NO in S210 and YES S214). |
