PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate design and manufacture by decreasing a design margin. SOLUTION: As a primary voltage resonance converter of a compound resonance converter, is set a self-excited type is used and, for constant voltage control, the current of an auxiliary switching element (MOS-FET) is controlled. A series circuit of the auxiliary switching element and the capacitor is connected to a connecting point between an inductor connected to the base of the switching element and a capacitor for resonance. A low-speed recovery diode is connected to the connecting point. With this structure, switching frequency and continuity angle are set, so as to variably control in a continuity condition of MOS-FET, thus eliminating use of an orthogonal control transformer.
