PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the load on a network. SOLUTION: Plural web server processes 21-23 for job performance respectively having a port for a network interface, a distribution defining file 25 for defining the relationship of an IP address of each client and an IP address for port identification of the Web server process for job performance as a distribution address, and the web server process 24 for distribution are provided as an intranet job server 2 connected to the network 1. The Web server process 24 refers to the distribution defining file, prepares a log-in image plane for describing the IP address for port identification of the Web server process for job performance which is used as the distribution address when it receives the access from a certain client 3, transmits the same to the client who requests the same to urge the log-in instruction.
