PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a response speed for setting of an irradiation condition while a light source device is miniaturized, by electrically controlling all the light-emission conditions of a light-emission source such as an LED, related to a light source device for inspecting an image sensor. SOLUTION: A light source device 1 for inspecting an image sensor comprises an LED substrate (light source) 2 comprising a plurality of LEDs (light-emitting element) 2a of different luminescence colors, and LED drive current control devices (current control means) 3a, 3b, and 3c for each color for adjusting the drive current which drives the LED 2a. At least either the intensity or color of an optical signal emitted from the LED substrate 2 is controlled according to the value of the drive current, and the optical signal is emitted to a device (image sensor) 7 which to be measured.
