PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of the shortage of consumables at a consumable user side, and to efficiently perform the delivery/collection work of consumables from the consumable supplier side. SOLUTION: In a local warehouse 20, a delivery operator 41 extracts one set of consumables with preliminarily decided standard quantity from among consumables stocked in the warehouse 20 while looking at a scheduled delivery slip, and sets one set of consumables in a returnable case 50. Then, the operator 41 piles up the returnable case 50 in which one set of consumables are set in a delivery vehicle 40, and carries and deliveries it to a user store 10 being the destination of delivery. At the time of delivering the returnable case 50 (in which a new consumable set is set), a returnable case 50' (in which the consumable set with which the already used consumables are mixed is set) in the user store 10 is received and collected from a staff. |
