PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system as an new service deviation system which links needs of a specific service provider and needs of a user of a film with lens or a film, and a method for service mediation. SOLUTION: This service mediation system allows a given service providing source to provides information regarding available services for the user of the film with lens or the film and mediates in the services for the user of the film with lens or the film. An application for the services and the film with lens or the film which has images needed to provide the services are received from the service applicant and digital images corresponding to the images needed to provide the services are generated and sent to the service providing source corresponding to the application through a network. Reply information to the service applicant is received from the service providing source and transferred to the service applicant.
