摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-weight, low-cost Al alloy conductor for an electric vehicle which has required strength and conductivity, with superb anti-creep characteristics, electric connection characteristics and corrosion resistance. SOLUTION: The aluminum alloy conductor for the electric vehicle is an aluminum alloy processed material with T6, T8 or T5 treatment on an aluminum alloy material containing 0.3 to 0.8 mass% (named simply % hereafter) of Si, and further, one or two or more kinds from 0.1 to 0.6% of Fe, 0.02 to 0.1% of Cu, and 0.01 to 0.8% of Mn, and the rest consisting of Al with insuitable impurities, covered with a Ni plating membrane of thickness of not more than 3μm.
