PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular heater prevented from melting a tubular member or breaking a heating wire without causing local heating due to no mutual contact of adjacent heating wires by preventing the movement of the heating wires even if repeatedly used and curved in the use. SOLUTION: A heating element wound on a tubular member for allowing gas or liquid to pass through is integrally embedded in elastomer attached to the outer periphery of the tubular member.
