PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnet motor including a rotor in which a permanent magnet is allocated within an iron core for keeping a predetermined interval in the circumferential direction for providing less iron loss due to a magnetic flux generated at the iron core between the permanent magnet and the outside diameter of the rotor, large resistance for demagnetization for external energy and facilitating magnetization of the permanent magnet. SOLUTION: This magnet rotor is composed of an iron core 106, a plurality of permanent magnets 107 provided for keeping the predetermined interval in the circumferential direction of the iron core 106, the rotor 102 having a fixed shaft 108 and a stator 101 provided around the rotor. The magnetic poles of the permanent magnet 107 are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the permanent magnet 107 at the horizontal cross-section of the rotor 102, and the magnetic flux of permanent magnet 107 is arranged to extend in the circumferential direction of the rotor 102.
