PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system registering a telephone number and a URL in association with each other, constructing a homepage searching system based on the telephone number, and verifying a relationship between the telephone number and the URL by a request for the registration. SOLUTION: In this Internet searching system based on the telephone number, association information between the telephone number and the URL, the telephone number, a name, an address, and the like are stored in association with one another in a management server for the searching system. When a homepage viewer inputs the telephone number matching the homepage requested to be displayed, URL information is received from the server, and on the basis of the obtained URL, access to the Internet is made for displaying the corresponding homepage. By a registration request of the URL information, the server searches a homepage file of a server designated by the URL, and if there is a letter string equal to the telephone number, it is determined that a relationship between the telephone number requested to be registered and the URL is true, and the data are stored in the URL information.
