PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable telephone, a message generation method and a program capable of improving usability. SOLUTION: This portable telephone has a storage part storing plural short sentences; an input part used for input, editing, deletion, specification, selection or decision of information or the short sentence; a display part displaying the inputted information and the selected short sentence; and a control part reading the short sentence stored in the storage part when writing a sentence, making the display part display the read short sentence in an area different from the written sentence one by one such that the read short sentence can be selected, and inserting the short sentence selected by the input part into a prescribed position of the writing sentence. |
