<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film with good optical characteristics with high transmittance and low reflectance secured for a whole visible light range, as one used for a transparent touch panel, an electrochromic element or the like. SOLUTION: The transparent conductive film with a transparent resin layer on both sides has, on one transparent resin layer, a metal oxide system transparent conductive layer through an under-coat layer made of metal oxide, and, on the other side, a low-reflectance layer consisting of a complex metal oxide layer containing at least two kinds of metal elements and a laminated body of SiO2 layers.</p> |
