PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of commonly operating a search in a portable terminal from a fixed terminal in a search system capable of operating the search from both of the fixed terminal and the portable terminal. SOLUTION: This method includes a process for receiving a portable terminal ID and a content ID from the portable terminal and for confirming whether the portable terminal ID exists in a list of the portable terminal ID corresponding to the user ID and for obtaining the user ID corresponding to the portable terminal ID from the list of the portable terminal ID corresponding to the user ID, a process for adding the content ID to a bookmark content list corresponding to the user ID of a bookmark DB, a process for confirming whether the user ID exists in the list of the portable terminal ID corresponding to the user ID, and a process for obtaining the book-marked content ID list corresponding to the user ID from the bookmark DB to send it to the fixed terminal.
