PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lever switch for vehicle having two systems of rotation knob, which can select at least three positions respectively. SOLUTION: For an operation lever 100 with threefold structure, a fixed knob 21 is mounted to the outer end of a second lever 104 through a fixed body 110, and a first rotation knob 120 is arranged so as to be supported between a collar part 111 of the fixed body 110 and the fixed knob, and a second rotation knob 130 is arranged so as to be supported between the collar part and a first lever 103. The first rotation knob 120 is jointed to a third lever 105, and switches a first switch by making a third moving element 64 in a case 1 rotate. A second switch is formed by arranging a fixed contact point and a movable contact, which are facing each other, to the second rotation knob 130 and the collar part. As the contact point of respective switches operated by the first and the second rotation knobs 120, 130 are formed rotatively, the contact points can be arranged with a margin, and not less than three switching positions can be selected.
