PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic motor, in which a rotor is driven to rotate around a plurality of shafts in order to maintain the efficiency and normal operation. SOLUTION: This ultrasonic motor comprises a stator 4, which includes a contact 10b for generating vibrations in a plurality of directions to the contact 10b, and a rotor 5 which includes a spherical part 5a in contact with the contact 10b and rotates around a plurality of shafts, based on the vibrations in a plurality of directions generated by the stator 4. The contact 10b are movable part of contact of the spherical surface 5a, in contact with the contact 10b, are insulated from the external side with upper and lower cases 1, 2 and a bearing 3. |
