SOLUTION: Map information provided by a car navigation system 16 includes information related to directivities of roads like one-way roads, information indicating to which of the right or the left of roads points (shops or the like) face, information related to parking on the left of roads, and information related to road width priority. An inter-point movement information generation processing part 15 refers to map information of the car navigation system 16 and point information to determined a movement route between two points. A delivery plan making processing part 17 refers to delivery information in the delivery day registered in an order reception database 4, an inter-point movement information database 6, and map information of the car navigation system 16 to make a delivery plan suitable for actual operation.</p> |
