PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a disk able to be positioned in a spindle device without forming a center hole as well as to make an adhesive applicable from the rotation center of a resin disk and to make an adhesive uniformly applicable by spin coating. SOLUTION: A resin disk formed by injection molding is mounted on a spindle device 53 by using a resin residue 50a formed by a molding die sprue for positioning. Then an adhesive 3 is applied on the surface of the resin disk 50 by spin coating by using the spindle device 53, and then the resin residue 50a by the die sprue of the mold is punched out.
