PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transmission which is so easy to use that a user need not print coupons out. SOLUTION: A data terminal device 31 after receiving a file with privilege which shows privilege that a store side gives a user and includes a privilege identifier uniquely specifying the privilege stores the privilege identifier included in the file. A data terminal device 21 previously stores the privilege identifier for uniquely identifying privilege given to the user of the data terminal device 31 . Then the data terminal device 21 communicates data to the data terminal device 31 to request the privilege identifier of the data terminal device 31 side. Then the data terminal device 21 judges whether the privilege identifier received from the data terminal device 31 matches the privilege identifier previously stored in itself and gives the privilege specified with the privilege identifier to the user of the data terminal device 31 when judging that both the privilege identifies matches each other.
