PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the charging voltage of individual batteries. SOLUTION: A stabilizer unit is connected in parallel with a battery 9. Therefore, one stabilizer unit is required for each battery comprising a battery 9 set. When a 14 V-IC regulator 1 exceeds an input of 14 V, a transistor 2 is controlled to activate a relay 3. An insulator resistor 4 of 300Ωis connected to the relay 3. When charged batteries are bypassed by the resistor, batteries the charging of which has not been completed are increased in voltage.
