PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable voltage controlled oscillator in an oscillation frequency used in a microwave band. SOLUTION: In this voltage controlled oscillator, parasitic element components that occur between both soldered lands can be reduced remarkably by arranging the soldered land 5a of the collector terminal 3 of a transistor 1 of oscillation and the soldered land 5b of the emitter terminal 4 of a transistor 2 for a buffer amplifier parallelly and also at the nearest positions. Then, in the cascade connection of the collector terminal of the transistor for oscillation and the emitter terminal of the transistor for the buffer amplifier, the oscillation frequency can be stabilized by reducing the impedance change due to the difference between the shapes of the soldered lands of the respective terminals.
