PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fins in which a pipe can be inserted easily into an insertion and passage hole so as to be aligned easily without inserting the pipe into an insertion and passage hole by piling up the fins one by one, when a heat sink is manufactured, and to provide fins which can be coupled easily and strongly even if the fins are those which do not use pipes. SOLUTION: In the fins which form the heat sink by piling up a plurality of fins, erection parts 34 whose peripheral edge parts are erected to their piling-up direction in such a way that they come into contact with the adjacent fins 30 when the fins 30 are piled up, a plurality of claw parts 38 which are formed so as to protrude to their piling-up direction from tip edges of the erection parts 34 and a plurality of holes 40 in which rise parts of the erection parts 34 at positions corresponding to the claw parts 34 are cut out and formed and which can be coupled to the adjacent claw parts 38 are formed.
