PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load on a network system, and to realize a rapid and lean report about situation information to a proper client device. SOLUTION: It is decided whether an operator of the client device 10 refers to an operation situation or not (122). When it is decided that the operator does not refers, it can be decided that the client device 10 does not require display of the latest operation situation. Accordingly, when periodically reporting the operation situation not but interrupting, an interruption request of the operation situation report is transmitted to a server 20 (136). When it is decided that the operator refers to the operation situation, it can be decided that the client device 10 is a client device obtaining the latest operation situation from the server 20 and displaying the situation. Accordingly, when the operation situation report is interrupted at that time, a restart request of the operation situation report is transmitted to the server 20 (126), and an interruption state of the operation situation report is released. When the operation situation report is not interrupted, that state is continued. When receiving the operation situation report, the report is displayed on a display device 15 (130).
