PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamp display device having high visibility of display contents. SOLUTION: This lamp display device is provided with a transparent planar body 3 on which prescribed display contents 2 are written and lamps 1 which are provided at the back side 3a of the transparent planar body 3 and in the lamp display device which is made so that the display contents written on the body 3 can be viewed from the surface side 3a of the body 3 by lighting the lamps 1, the device is made to have constitution in which a light guidance body 10 which has a rugged surface 10A at the side of the lamps 1 and guides uniformly rays of light from the lamps 1 to the body 3 is provided.
