[Also in Division H1] An electric motor driven fan 15, Fig. 1, for ventilating a lavatory, shower cabinet or telephone box for short periods, has a thermal delay control switch 22 (see Division H1) which on first switching on by push-button 23 connects the motor 12 through a heater resistor 30 to run the fan slowly and is successively moved after preset times to first short-circuit the resistor 30 and run the fan 15 at full speed and then to cut off the supply and stop the fan. A separate manual latch 31 is provided for holding the actuator 23 at either the full or slow speed positions. |
