<p>It is intended to provide substances which are expected as activating sugar intake in epidermal cells and, in its turn, promoting the cell neogenesis and metabolism in the skin. Namely, sugar intake promoters in epithelial horny cells which contain as the active ingredient a purine base or its salt; and a method of promoting sugar intake in epithelial horny cells characterized by applying the purine base or its salt to the skin.</p> |
