The transporting device (3) is for flat bags (2). It has a number of holders (4), one for each bag. Each holder has two grips (5) each to grip one side of a bag. The grip function is controlled by a grooved track. There are two parallel strings to the transporting device, to each of which the holder is connected by a fixing part.
