The invention concerns a composition based on a S-adenosyl-L-methionine polyphosphate characterised in that it comprises at least a S-adenosyl-L-methionine polyphosphate wherein the polyphosphate corresponds to formula (I) wherein n is an integer ranging between 15 and 40. The invention also concerns the uses of such a polyphosphate for preparing pharmaceutical compositions and nutritional supplements for human or veterinary use, said pharmaceutical compositions being in particular useful as anti-inflammatory drugs, analgesics, hepatoprotective drugs, bile fluidifying agents, antidepressants, or for preventing or treating articular diseases, chronic asthenia and sleep disorders. |
