The invention proposes a solution to the problem of decoupling filtering of a basic band analog or digital channel of an ADSL high-frequency channel. The two channels are both coupled to a common parallel line. The filter comprises only passive components. The invention provides a single filter which simultaneously satisfy all existing standards. It therefore demonstrates that the filter must be formed on the basis of filtering cells of the dual and symmetrical elliptic type and provided with a dissipative corrector, whereas a priori such a dissipative corrector is prohibited for a non-active filter.
