LAYERED PRODUCT

A layered product which has no problems concerning hygienic safety and environment accompanying the use of solvent-based adhesives and has been tenaciously bonded in a degree equal or superior to that attainable with conventional solvent-based CR adhesives. The layered product is obtained by bonding a porous organic material to a cloth with an adhesive comprising as major ingredients a polychloroprene latex, a tackifier resin, and a metal oxide, the latex being one which is obtained by polymerizing 100 parts by weight of chloroprene with 0 to 2 parts by weight, excluding 0 and 2 parts by weight, of an ethylenic carboxylic acid in the presence of 0.5 to 4 parts by weight of polyvinyl alcohol and then adding a pH adjustor and a radical-trapping agent and which has a gel content in the chloroprene polymer of 10 to 60 wt.% and a pH of 6 to 10.
