The outer surface of the machined part (2) bears insulating elements (4,6) each of which has at least one fixture element (14) joined to the machined part. The fixture element fits into a cavity in each insulating element. The cavity contains a holder element (20,26) through which the first fixture element penetrates at least partly. At least the outer holder element fixes the insulating element by means of a second fixture element (38) engaging with the first fixture element
