Imidazolidinedione and oxazolidinedione derivatives represented by the general formula (I) or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, exhibiting inhibitory activities against chymase and/or tryptase: (I) wherein R?1 and R2¿ are each independently lower alkyl or phenyl, or R?1 and R2¿ may be united to form a ring; R3 is optionally substituted naphthyl or a heterocyclic group; A is oxygen, NR4 (wherein R4 is hydrogen or optionally substituted lower alkyl), or NB2R5 (wherein R5 is aryl; and B2 is carbonyl or sulfonyl); and B1 is carbonyl or sulfonyl.
