<p>The invention relates to a method for arranging a knot in at least one cord, comprising the steps of: a) carrying by means of a gas pressure difference a free cord part through a channel which is pre-formed as a loose knot and has a channel wall completely enclosing the channel, b) opening the channel in axial direction over the whole length, and c) releasing the cord from the channel while retaining the knot arranged in the cord. The invention also relates to a device for performing such a method, as well as to a device for buffering and distributing cord loops.</p> |
