The invention relates to enzymatic systems which contain enzymatic degradation chains for molecules, particularly technical molecules or biomolecules. Said degradation chains comprise at least two different enzymes which can be present, preferably, in an immobilised form. Said enzymatic systems can be used for bioreactors, biosensors and chromatographical systems.
